Title: "z/OS Systems Programmer" / "Mainframe Architect" 

 Hands-on: 

• SMP/E, PTF, z/OS upgrades (3.1/3.2)
• LPAR provisioning (PR/SM)
• RACF / ACF2 / Top Secret admin
• GDPS / Disaster Recovery drills
• RMF, SMF (performance tuning)
• VTAM, TCP/IP stack config
• ISV product installation 

 Companies: 

• IBM infra teams, Banks, Insurance, Data centres
