We’re hiring a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to design and support secure, scalable integrations across enterprise HR and financial systems.
What You’ll Do
Design and build Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Develop integrations using Workday SOAP & REST APIs
Support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials integrations
Integrate Workday with enterprise and third-party systems (ITSM, data platforms, vendors)
Implement secure data exchange (encryption, authentication, access controls)
Build data transformations using XML, XSLT, JSON
Support production issues, testing, releases, and Workday updates
What We’re Looking For
8+ years of IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors
Experience with API integrations and security
Background in regulated or enterprise environments preferred
Nice to Have
Financial services or regulated industry experience
IAM / SSO knowledge
Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
Workday Integration Certification
