Workday Integrations Analyst

Position: Workday Integrations Analyst
Location: Manhattan, New York City (Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week)
Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire

Role Description:
​8+ years’ experience with Workday Integrations.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, Connector, API's, and Workday Extend
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules.
Familiarity with XSLT, XML, JSON, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Web Services (WWS).
Experience with integration testing, error handling, and troubleshooting tools within Workday.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Work with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Maintain or troubleshoot existing integrations and ensure data flows correctly between Workday and other systems.
Work closely with business users to ensure the integration meets their needs.
