Workday Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
Work on Payroll integrations, including PICOF and PECI
Support integrations related to HCM, Benefits, and Absence modules
Develop and manage Advanced, Composite, and BIRT reports
Build and enhance integrations using REST APIs and Workday Extend (preferred)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and data discrepancies
Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and data security standards

🛠️ Required Skills:

5+ years of Workday Integration experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
Workday Studio
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Core Connectors
Experience with Workday Payroll integrations (PICOF, PECI)
Good understanding of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Absence processes
Strong reporting skills (Advanced, Composite, BIRT)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
