Workday Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations within Workday
• Develop integrations using:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Core Connectors
• Create and maintain:
  • Inbound and outbound integrations
  • APIs and web services (SOAP/REST)
• Work with Workday modules such as:
  • HCM
  • Payroll
  • Finance
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support
• Ensure data security and compliance standards
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Document integration processes and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in Workday integrations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB, Core Connectors
  • XML, XSLT
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • APIs
• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• Understanding of HR and Payroll processes
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Certifications

• Workday Integration Certification
• Workday Studio Certification

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of middleware tools
• Exposure to data migration and ETL processes
• Basic programming skills (Java, Python)
