· 9+ years of overall experience
· Workday & Workday HCM experience
· At least one Workday Full-cycle implementation
· Workday HCM and Workday Talent & Performance certified
Screening Questions:
1. Can you describe your experience leading a full-cycle Workday implementation, specifically focusing on the Talent & Performance module? What were your key responsibilities and outcomes?
2. How have you approached the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday Talent & Performance in past projects? Can you provide an example of a complex configuration challenge you solved?
3. When leading client meetings to drive decisions, how do you capture and manage design documents, decision logs, and RAID items to ensure alignment and accountability?
Key Responsibilities:
· Workday HCM Talent & Performance Lead that drives the design, solutioning, configuration, and implementation of Workday Talent & Performance.
· Lead client meetings that drive to decision.
· Identify and update design documents, decision documents, and RAID items.
Required Skills:
