Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Payroll and HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll solutions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Payroll modules
• Lead Workday Payroll implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including validations and reconciliations
• Configure payroll components such as earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for system integrations
• Support Workday releases, testing (UAT), and updates
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HCM and Payroll systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll module
• Expertise in:
  • Payroll configuration and processing
  • Payroll integrations and data migration
  • Workday business process frameworks
• Knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance
• Experience with Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
