Title: Workday Developer

Location: Location: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Richmond, McLean, Plano, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, Wilmington, NYC, Boston, San Jose)

We are seeking a strong Workday Developer/Engineer with hands-on experience designing and developing integration solutions within Workday Finance modules.

This is a development-focused role (not production support).

You will work within the Finance Technology ecosystem to build scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to gather business requirements and define testing scenarios
• Design and develop integrations within Workday Finance modules, including:
  • General Ledger
  • Fixed Assets
  • Expenses
  • Global Consolidation
  • Invoices
  • Payments
  • Suppliers
• Build API-based integrations using REST or SOAP
• Design and develop solutions using Workday Extend
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain technical documentation and assist with troubleshooting

Must Have

• 5+ years of Workday platform experience (Finance modules mandatory)
• 4+ years of Workday engineering/development experience
• 2+ years designing & developing Workday integration solutions
• Strong API experience (REST/SOAP within Workday)
• Experience with Workday Extend
• Cloud experience – AWS preferred (GCP/Azure acceptable)

 Preferred

• Workday Integration Developer Certification
• 2+ years of Agile experience
