Websphere To Liberty Application Modernization Engineer

*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
*10+ years of experience in Java application development and middleware technologies.
*Strong hands-on experience with Traditional IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
*Proven experience migrating enterprise applications from Traditional WAS to Open Liberty/WebSphere Liberty.
*Strong Java development and debugging skills.
*Extensive experience in enterprise Java application modernization.
*Hands-on experience with application deployment, migration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
*Experience working directly with customer application teams in a Resident Engineer or embedded consulting role.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience creating technical documentation and delivering knowledge transfer.
