Job Description:
Provide L2 support for WebSphere Commerce Suite (WCS 8.x). Troubleshoot order processing, payment gateway, shopping cart, and performance issues. Monitor applications using AppDynamics/Dynatrace. Handle batch jobs, cache issues, and data integration workflows. Perform incident management and ensure system availability.
