Title: Voice Services Telecom / UC Engineer

Location: Quincy, MA – 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card

Work Type: Contact with Vaco (only W2, No C2C)

Length: 6 months to start

Rate: Ideally no higher than the $60/hr.

Summary:
Experience in MS Teams and IVR are at the forefront.  Some Avaya knowledge is helpful.
