Verint Operations Manager

Position: Verint Operations Manager (OM)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible Extensions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and sustainment of Production Management practices within the Verint Operations Manager (OM) platform.
• Translate real-world operational work into standardized, measurable task models, validate work through formal observation and measurement techniques, and ensure all configurations align to the Verint OM Standard Data Model (SDM).
• Own configuration quality, data integrity, and methodological discipline across implementations, acting as the gatekeeper for task design, measurement accuracy, and platform stability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation methodology ownership.
• Workflow analysis & task modeling.
• Business & operational modeling.
• Verint OM configuration & SDM alignment.
• Data integrity, validation, and engineering partnership.
• Training and Operationalization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–7+ years of experience in workforce management, operations analysis, or system configuration.
• Prior experience in Operations Management with a strong understanding of workflow and performance management.
• Hands-on experience with Verint OM or similar workforce / work management platforms.
• Proven ability to define tasks with measurable attributes (volume, AHT, service standards).
• Experience implementing Production Management or work measurement methodologies.
