Validation Engineer

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔️ 10–15 years of overall IT experience
✔️ Strong Validation & Testing Lead experience in Pharmaceutical companies
✔️ Hands-on expertise in POMS MES, Integration Testing & Validation
✔️ Extensive experience in GxP / CSV / CSA environments
✔️ Stakeholder management and offshore coordination skills
✔️ Experience in Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes in Life Sciences
✔️ Expertise with tools like JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM (Micro Focus ALM), MS Office

🔹 Preferred Experience:
✅ MES Validation & Testing
✅ Computer System Validation (CSV)
✅ GxP & CSA compliance
✅ Life Sciences Manufacturing domain
✅ Team leadership and project delivery
