UX Researcher

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Translate qualitative & quantitative research into actionable UX insights
• Support hashtag#HMI, display, and machine experience design decisions
• Conduct usability testing, field studies, and simulations
• Create hashtag#UXartifacts (journey maps, storyboards, user flows, experience maps)
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams
• Incorporate ergonomics & human factors into research and design
• Define and prioritize UX research backlog aligned with product roadmap
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 8+ years of UX Research experience (corporate/B2B preferred)
• Strong background in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field
• Expertise in both qualitative & quantitative research methods
• Experience with HMI / ergonomics research
• Strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
💡 Must Have:
• Hands-on UX research experience (not just UX design)
• Portfolio showcasing research process and impact
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• UX Designers without research experience will not be considered
