UX Researcher

Lead complex research initiatives across multiple products or platforms
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to UX research best practices
Partner with leadership to define long-term research strategy and roadmap
Drive maturity and consistency of UX research processes across the organization
✅ Required Skills
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies
Moderated and unmoderated usability testing
Survey design and statistical analysis
User journey mapping and persona development
Hands-on experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Maze, Lookback, Hotjar, etc.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
➕ Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Experience with accessibility and inclusive design research
Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.
