UX Designer

• Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex usability challenges.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously improve the product experience.
• Work with visual designers to ensure cohesive UI/UX design.
• Advocate for users and translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
• Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
