UX Designer

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs
• Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
• Translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions
• Build low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Perform heuristic evaluations and improve usability based on feedback and analytics
• Ensure consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices
• Participate in design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives
• Work closely with UI teams to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation

• Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design
• Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and interaction design
• Knowledge of design systems and responsive design concepts
• Ability to interpret user behavior using analytics and feedback
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and problem-solving approach

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–8+ years of experience in UX Design
