Total EXP: 14+ Years 

Required: 

• State / Federal Health client experinced profiles only
• Experience with Medicaid, health and human services,
• Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework

Certifications::

CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related credential.

Required Skills:
• Medicaid / Health & Human Services Experience
• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Process Flow, Gap Analysis & Impact Analysis
• Requirements Traceability & Functional Documentation
• Data Flow / Interface / Integration Analysis
• Legacy System Modernization Experience
• Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

• Mainframe Retirement / Enterprise Transformation Projects
• APIs, Data Warehouse & Reporting Modernization
• Public Sector / State Government IT Projects
