Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA AI Manager with 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Intelligent Automation, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). The ideal candidate will lead enterprise automation programs, manage technical teams, define automation strategy, establish governance, and drive AI-powered automation initiatives including Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Mining, and Generative AI.

This leadership role is responsible for managing automation delivery, solution architecture, engineering excellence, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise Intelligent Automation and AI Automation programs from planning through production support.
• Manage multiple RPA and AI Automation Engineers, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects across concurrent projects.
• Define automation strategy, delivery roadmap, architecture standards, governance models, and enterprise best practices.
• Own solution architecture, technical design, delivery governance, production readiness, and operational excellence.
• Drive technical direction for UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, timelines, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, design approvals, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Drive enterprise adoption of Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Process Mining, and Generative AI.
• Establish reusable automation frameworks, coding standards, engineering best practices, and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, security policies, DevSecOps practices, and production support standards.
• Present architecture recommendations, delivery status, technical risks, and strategic roadmap updates to executive leadership.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams through coaching, technical guidance, performance management, and career development.
• Lead Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives to improve enterprise-wide automation maturity and operational efficiency. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Automation, Digital Transformation, or Platform Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on UiPath enterprise development experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams or leading enterprise automation programs.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise automation solutions across multiple business functions.
• Experience managing automation portfolios, solution architecture, governance, delivery lifecycle, and production support.
• Strong leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, budgeting, planning, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI-powered automation platforms.
