We are seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape and deliver this vision. This role blends deep performance engineering expertise with AI, automation, and platform thinking to significantly improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate performance engineering practices into automated, data-driven workflows.

• Integrate testing, monitoring, analytics, and reporting into a cohesive ecosystem.

• Analyze results at scale and compare against historical and production baselines.

• Partner with application, architecture, and infrastructure teams to drive adoption.

• Define and track key performance and resiliency KPIs.

• Produce concise PAG-level insights on coverage, trends, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering or related disciplines.

• Strong foundation in performance testing, analysis, and certification.

• Experience building or contributing to automation platforms or frameworks.

• Solid understanding of enterprise application architectures (web, distributed, cloud, databases).

• Proficiency in Python for automation, orchestration, and data analysis.

• Experience with performance tools and observability platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across teams in a large enterprise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying AI/ML or LLMs to engineering or testing workflows.

• Familiarity with CI/CD integration, observability platforms, and resiliency concepts.

• Ability to translate technical outcomes into executive-level insights.

• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
