Urgent  position of Agentic AI Engineer – Python / LangGraph / LangChain (Only Local)

Location – Sanjose,CA(Onsite)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agent-based solutions using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain. The role involves developing autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered applications that integrate with enterprise systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build multi-agent workflows for task automation, reasoning, and retrieval.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and document sources.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, and backend services.
• Create scalable Python microservices for agent orchestration.
• Work with prompt engineering, memory, tool usage, and guardrails.
• Deploy solutions using cloud-native and container-based approaches.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and safety of AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve agent behavior through testing and evaluation.

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience building agentic AI or LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt chaining, memory, and tool orchestration.
• API development experience, preferably with FastAPI or Flask.
• Understanding of databases, vector stores, and backend integration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to observability, logging, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and enterprise AI governance.
