Note: 

 1)This role requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week. 

 2) Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

• LOCAL to Austin-Texas profiles preferred
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with TxDOT, other Texas State Agencies, or Public Sector environments
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Ping Identity
• Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering SailPoint and/or Ping Identity solutions
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
• Strong understanding of Provisioning, De-Provisioning, Access Reviews, and Entitlement Management
• Experience with PowerShell and/or Python scripting for automation and customization
• Experience working in complex enterprise IAM environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards
• Experience collaborating with technical and functional teams to support IAM solutions
• Experience implementing Enterprise Systems Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms
• Implement Identity Governance, Access Certifications, and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
• Onboard applications and services into the IAM ecosystem
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reporting requirements
• Participate in IAM incident response and remediation efforts
• Develop and enforce IAM standards, procedures, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with one or more State of Texas agencies
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer and/or Ping Identity Certified Professional certifications
• Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, and other security frameworks
