Required Skills:

• Required 11 Years Demonstrated experience supporting large scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization initiatives
• Required 11 Years Advanced, hands on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL).
• Required 11 YearsExperience with SQL, Linux, and enterprise data extraction or migration patterns.
• Required 11 Years Working knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases
• Required Experience supporting Cerner Millennium environments
• Required experience serving as a senior Cerner consultant or technical lead

Job Description:

The Worker will ensure that clinical workflow intent and operational requirements are accurately translated into Cerner Command Language (CCL) logic, data extracts, and downstream reporting and analytics solutions. This position operates under the Client's direction, policies, and standards, and collaborates closely with clinical stakeholders, informatics governance bodies, and technical delivery teams to support EHR modernization, data migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 11+ years of experience in large-scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization
• Strong hands-on expertise in Cerner Command Language (CCL)
• Experience with Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases
• Proficiency in SQL, Linux, and enterprise data extraction/migration patterns
• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and reporting solutions
• Knowledge of REST/SOA, distributed systems, and performance tuning
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C/C++, or Perl
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) is preferred
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Cerner Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze clinical workflows and translate them into technical/data solutions
• Design, develop, test, and optimize CCL scripts in Cerner environments
• Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation
• Support enterprise-wide EHR data migration and legacy system retirement
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, data feeds, and reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot performance issues and support production environments
• Collaborate with clinical, informatics, and technical teams
