Uipath Developer

Required Skills

• UiPath Studio & Orchestrator (UiPath Advanced Certification required)
• .NET (C# or VB)
• SQL
• Minimum 5+ years of RPA experience (UiPath) & 6+ years overall IT experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and review work across the full automation lifecycle (Plan → Analyze → Design → Build → Test).
• Work with stakeholders to understand functional, technical, and user requirements.
• Design conceptual architecture and develop technical solutions using UiPath.
• Estimate efforts, manage deliverables, ensure quality, and handle stakeholder communication.
• Develop, deploy, and support RPA solutions using UiPath best practices.
• Convert business logic and requirements into robust automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and debug UiPath automations, including browser automation (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
• Develop SAP automation processes in UiPath.
• Read/interpret error logs and apply necessary fixes.
• Document, visualize, and translate business processes into automation solutions.
• Work in Agile methodology; use GitHub for version control.

Essential Skills

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, design standards, and architecture.
• Deep hands-on UiPath Studio experience (including object cloning methods).
• Experience with SAP automation.
• Ability to analyze logs, aggregate data, and recommend improvements.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern RPA technologies and emerging market tools.

Desirable Skills

• Broader knowledge of digital automation environments.
• Knowledge of additional RPA tools is a plus.
