Ui_Lead_Developer

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior frontend developers
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services
• Stay updated with latest frontend technologies and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in frontend/UI development
• Strong expertise in:
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx, etc.)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
