.UI Lead

Position: .UI Lead – Angular
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite) 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI Lead – Angular to lead front-end development initiatives for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern Angular frameworks, front-end architecture, and team leadership. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on technical leadership to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the design and development of responsive web applications using Angular (v12+)
•    Architect scalable and reusable front-end components and modules
•    Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners
•    Define and enforce front-end coding standards and best practices
•    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
•    Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
•    Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
•    Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
•    Implement state management solutions (NgRx or similar)
•    Drive CI/CD implementation for front-end deployments
•    Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    12+ years of UI development experience
•    5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular
•    Strong proficiency in:
o    TypeScript
o    JavaScript (ES6+)
o    HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
o    RxJS
•    Experience with REST APIs integration
•    Strong understanding of component-based architecture
•    Experience with version control systems (Git)
•    Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)
•    Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with Micro Frontend architecture
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
•    Experience with performance tuning and application profiling
•    Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) standards
•    Financial services domain experience (preferred but not mandatory)
