The client seeks an experienced Database Analyst with expertise in implementation, maintenance and operations of the Ivanti ITSM suite including Neurons.

• UAT & Data Validation
• Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Process Documentation & SOPs

Preferred:

• State Government project experience
• Healthcare/Human Services agency experience
• CA SDM/APM to Ivanti migration experience
