Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced IAM Architect who will take full ownership of enterprise architecture, covering identity platforms, Zero Trust frameworks, end-user computing (EUC), and collaboration ecosystems. The role involves defining governance, establishing standards, and driving modernization strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise architecture across identity, EUC, and collaboration platforms
• Define architecture strategy, governance, and standards
• Lead Zero Trust security implementation
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and product teams
• Review and approve solution designs
• Integrate architecture with CI/CD and DevOps processes
• Lead modernization and legacy transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IAM (Active Directory, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Expertise in Zero Trust and identity-driven security
• Experience with endpoint/device management and compliance
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications in IAM, Cybersecurity, or Cloud
• Experience in large-scale enterprise architecture
