NOTE:

—Non-local candidates are acceptable; relocation after the offer is required.

—Consultants must attend 2weeks onsite training.

—No negotiations after selection.

—Candidates should be aware that public trust clearances may take time once selection occurs.

Role Overview

Minimum Experience

​6+ years software development experience

​Key Responsibilities & Duties

Implement user stories and features on a cloud-native AWS stack; write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews; fix defects and support continuous delivery; use AI-assisted development tools across the SDLC; collaborate with the team on design and refinement; support secure coding and accessibility requirements; contribute to CI/CD and automation

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience;
• Experience with modern languages/frameworks and version control
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD concepts;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to prioritize and self-start; adaptability/flexibility; willingness to collaborate and accept feedback;
• Visa  status: U.S. Citizen;
• Ability to satisfy required background/clearance requirements
• Must clear the Code test
• Certifications

Certifications:

AWS exposure or certification; Federal IT experience; familiarity with AI-assisted developer tooling

Developer skills & Requirements:

• we are not limiting the search specifically to Python/React.js or Java Full Stack Developers.
• Strong hands-on software/full stack developers with 6+ years of experience who have experience with modern languages and frameworks and are comfortable working in a cloud-native AWS environment.
• Python, React.js, and Java are all relevant and valuable, 

The most important areas are:

• ​6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• ​Modern languages/frameworks and version control
• ​AWS/cloud-native experience or strong AWS familiarity
• ​CI/CD
• ​Unit and integration testing and code reviews
• ​Secure coding and defect resolution
• ​AI-assisted development tooling, with the ability to independently review and validate AI-generated code
• ​Ability to meet the required hybrid schedule
