Role Overview

Minimum Experience​

9+ years software development experience
 

​Key Responsibilities & Duties
 

​Design and implement complex cloud-native features and services on AWS; uphold code quality through reviews, testing and best practices; mentor developers and contribute to technical decisions; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests; leverage AI-assisted development tools across the SDLC; troubleshoot, optimize and harden production services; collaborate with architects and BAs to refine and deliver stories
 

​Required Qualifications
 

• ​9+ years software development experience;
• strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS;
• proficiency with modern​  languages/frameworks and CI/CD;
• experience with automated testing and secure coding;
• strong communication/presentation skills
• ability to prioritize and self-start; adaptability/flexibility and collaboration;
• U.S. Citizen​ only
• ability to satisfy required background/clearance requirements
• ​Must clear the Code test 

​Certifications :
 

AWS certification; serverless/event-driven development experience; Federal IT experience; AI-assisted developer tooling

​Developer skills & Requirements:

• we are not limiting the search specifically to Python/React.js or Java Full Stack Developers.
• Strong hands-on software/full stack developers with 6+ years of experience who have experience with modern languages and frameworks and are comfortable working in a cloud-native AWS environment.
• Python, React.js, and Java are all relevant and valuable, 

The most important areas are:

• ​6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• ​Modern languages/frameworks and version control
• ​AWS/cloud-native experience or strong AWS familiarity
• ​CI/CD
• ​Unit and integration testing and code reviews
• ​Secure coding and defect resolution
• ​AI-assisted development tooling, with the ability to independently review and validate AI-generated code
• ​Ability to meet the required hybrid schedule
