Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect who has built an Agentic AI framework from the ground up and has hands-on experience developing minimum 80+ AI Agents.

The candidate will design scalable AI Agent solutions, build reusable frameworks, and lead the development of enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an AI Agent / Agentic AI framework.
• Develop and manage Minimum 80+ AI Agents.
• Design multi-agent architecture and orchestration.
• Build reusable agents, tools, workflows, and templates.
• Implement LLM, RAG, Tool Calling, and MCP capabilities.
• Integrate AI Agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Implement AI Agent security, governance, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Build Agent Catalog/Registry and reusable AI components.
• Work with engineering and business teams to deploy AI Agents into production.

Required Skills

• AI Architect / Agentic AI Architect experience.
• Must have built an Agentic AI framework.
• Must have experience building 80+ AI Agents.
• Strong Generative AI / LLM experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Agent Orchestration.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and Embeddings.
• Experience with Tool/Function Calling.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with LangGraph / LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI Agent monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Knowledge of AI security, RBAC, SSO, and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building 100+ AI Agents.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Gemini.
• Experience with Databricks / Mosaic AI.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with AgentOps / LLMOps.
• Experience with MLflow, LangSmith, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience building an Agent Catalog / Agent Marketplace.
• Experience with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL).
• Enterprise AI security, compliance, and data governance experience.
