Job Description

We are looking for a Claude AI Engineer with strong Databricks experience to design and develop AI Agents using Anthropic Claude on Databricks.

The candidate will build AI/Agentic AI solutions that can understand business requirements, access enterprise data, use tools/APIs, and automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Agents using Anthropic Claude and Databricks.
• Build Agentic AI and Generative AI applications.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise data.
• Integrate Claude with Databricks, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Work with Databricks Mosaic AI, Vector Search, Unity Catalog, and MLflow.
• Develop AI agents with tool/function calling capabilities.
• Write Python code for AI applications and integrations.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and AI guardrails.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude / Claude API.
• Strong Databricks experience.
• Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LLM tool/function calling.
• Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI and/or Vector Search.
• Knowledge of Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Claude AI on Databricks.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and MLflow.
• Experience with AI Agent evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI solutions.
