• The selected Worker will be required to physically pick up agency issued equipment in Austin, TX and attend an onboarding session on their first day of contract.

Total Experience: 13+ Years

Must Have

• Education domain experience preferred
• Minimum 8 Years of State-funded / Public Sector Budget Management  experience must
• TEA state client experience is highly preferred
• Certifications

Required skills:

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience
• 8+ years managing state-funded/public-sector budgets
• 8+ years of Scrum/Agile methodology and Project Management Life Cycle
• 6+ years working with software application development teams
• 6+ years of hands-on Jira experience

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile software development teams through the complete SDLC
• Manage project processes, deliverables, risks, issues, and quality
• Drive stakeholder communication and satisfaction
• Lead project planning, execution, and continuous improvement
• Develop and communicate application/technology roadmaps
• Support Texas education-related applications and statewide initiatives
