• Child Welfare Project Manager experience is required.
• PMP Certification must
• Texas state experience is preferred but not required

Job Description: 

The client plans to complete several projects that require guidance from a software development- and infrastructure-knowledgeable project manager. The project manager will develop charters, schedules, resource plans, and ensure resources are on track with scheduled work, while managing risks, issues, and action items. The project manager may also perform scrum master duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Project charters, plans, WBS, schedules and resource plans
• Risk, issue, action and decision tracking
• Resource, cost and budget management
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
• Scrum facilitation and Scrum Master responsibilities
• Infrastructure knowledge – Security, Networking, Architecture, Servers & Databases
• Requirements and complex Use Case development
• Scope, resource and budget change management
• Conflict resolution and consensus building
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio & SharePoint
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Texas State / DFPS experience
• DFPS systems: IMPACT, PACES, ABCS, PEIRS, NEICE, e-Report, e-Travel
