 2) The program will allow candidates who are LOCAL TO Austin or Nearby profiles

Must Have:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development
• Minimum 6+ years of JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
• Government / Public Sector experience must, preferably TEA
• Microsoft PL-400 / PL-600 certifications are required
• Education Client experienced profiles are highly preferred

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform development
• 6+ years of Model-Driven Apps
• 6+ years of Dataverse – tables, relationships, security model
• 6+ years of C# / .NET plugin development
• 6+ years of JavaScript customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
• 6+ years of REST API integrations
• 6+ years of Git-based development – feature branching, pull requests, merge/conflict resolution
• Experience working in a multi-developer shared codebase
• CI/CD and solution lifecycle management

Preferred Skills

• PCF (Power Apps Component Framework)
• Power BI integration, reporting, embedding & data modeling
• Power Pages
• Power Platform Dataflows / ETL
