Required Skills:

• C# .NET Blazor migration experience
• Java/Windows Forms to Blazor migration
• Responsive Web Design
• WCAG Accessibility
• Texas State client experience must
• Previous Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) experience preferred

Required Skills

• Experience in web application development
• Strong experience with C# .NET, .NET Core, and Blazor
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, Stored Procedures
• ASP.NET/Web Application Development
• Agile SDLC methodology
• Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Root cause analysis and application support
• Experience gathering business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Mobile application development using Visual Studio, .NET Core 9, and DevExpress
• Payment gateway/payment acceptance implementation in mobile applications
