Job Summary

The State of Texas is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to lead the Broadband Connectivity and Video Surveillance Expansion Project. The selected candidate will oversee enterprise-wide project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, scope management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication while managing multiple work streams across statewide facilities.

Required Experience

• implementing enterprise-level IT projects
• 8+ years managing global IT projects
• 7+ years leading project management across diverse organizations
• 5+ years of Information Technology experience
• 5+ years Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
• Experience in project planning, risk management, change management, and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to support off-hours project activities when required
