Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience supporting technology solutions
• 8+ years of Business Analysis & Data Analysis
• 8+ years of Integrated Eligibility Systems experience, including full SDLC
• Strong experience conducting JAD Sessions
• Requirements elicitation & documentation
• Business process analysis and documentation
• Strong SQL with complex queries & joins
• Data quality analysis and validation
• Dashboard design
• Measures, metrics & KPI development
• Ability to translate business requirements and data findings into actionable insights
• Strong experience across requirements through implementation

Preferred:

• Experience with Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS)
