• Experience with government or public sector environments (TX-TEA preferred)
• Certifications: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)

Job Description: 

The role requires strong hands-on experience across front-end customization, back-end development, and structured team-based development practices:

Design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for the Client's enterprise applications. 

-Develop and customize Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse-based solutions.

-Build server-side components (plugins, integrations, APIs using C#/.NET)

-Implement client-side customizations (JavaScript, form scripting, PCF controls)

-Design and build data integrations (REST APIs, ETL, Dataflows)

-Manage solution lifecycle using Git-based source control and CI/CD processes

-Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis

-Collaborate in a multi-developer team environment with a shared codebase

-Produce and maintain technical and deployment documentation

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
• Model-Driven Apps development
• Dataverse (Tables, Relationships & Security Model)
• C#/.NET Plugin Development / Server-side Extensions
• JavaScript Customization in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps
• REST API Integrations
• Git (Feature Branching, Pull Requests, Merge/Conflict Resolution)
• Experience working in a multi-developer environment with a shared codebase
• Government/Public Sector experience (Texas TEA preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Power BI Integration
• Power Pages Development
• Power Platform Dataflows (ETL/Data Ingestion)
