Total EXP: 14+ Years 

Must-Have Skills

• Public Healthcare / Health & Human Services (HHS) client experience
• 10+ years of Business Analysis / Systems Analysis / Data Analysis
• Strong Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse experience
• Expertise in gathering business and technical requirements
• Advanced SQL for data extraction and data manipulation
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau
• Dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical findings to business users
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Skills

• Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse environments
• Data Governance and Data Quality
• AI Prompt Engineering
• Experience creating AI Prompt Catalogs using Streamlit with Python
• Responsible AI practices and compliance
• Training and mentoring business users
• Experience working in Public Healthcare / Government environments
