Total EXP: 14+ Years Above

Must Have

• 6+ years of experience with Texas State Agencies, Healthcare, or Public Sector
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience supporting Government or Regulated Environments
• Data Migrations

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 11+ years of SQL Server (Data Modeling, Query Optimization & Performance Tuning)
• 11+ years of Oracle, including Oracle to SQL Server Data Migration
• 11+ years of Power BI (Dashboards, Paginated Reports & Data Transformations)
• 11+ years of Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage & Security)
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with Legacy Application Modernization & Data Migration
• Knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility Standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
