TotalEXP: 13+ Years   must

Must have : 

• Cisco VoIP administration and design
• Experience managing complex networking environments
• Experience supporting 24x7 network, voice, and video environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee Network Services operations (WAN, LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Security)
• Manage daily operations: incident management, issue resolution, service availability
• Act as escalation point for critical network issues
• Coordinate workload across infrastructure and security teams
• Support SD-WAN, monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), and security integrations
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecom, Security)
• Provide reporting, risk mitigation, and maintain documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in network operations, architecture, and support
• Experience managing/leading teams and network environments
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, monitoring tools, and network security
