Job Description:

The Databricks Administrator will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Databricks platform to enable scalable data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. The role includes managing workspace configuration, cluster policies, user access, integrations, and platform monitoring.

Total Experience: 14+ Years

Required Skills (8+ Years): 

• Databricks administration in AWS environment
• Cluster configuration, job scheduling, workspace management
• IAM, SCIM, RBAC for access control
• Apache Spark (performance tuning & troubleshooting)
• Integration with cloud storage (S3, etc.)
• Databricks SQL, notebooks, orchestration
• Platform monitoring, security, and compliance
• DevOps tools (Terraform, CI/CD)

Preferred Skills:

• Unity Catalog
• AI/ML & MLflow
• Cost optimization
• Data lake/lakehouse architecture
• Python / SQL / Scala
