We are seeking a Cloud Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure-by-default architectures across cloud-native, microservices, and AI-enabled systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with state and federal frameworks while supporting modernization initiatives.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security & Systems Architecture
• Strong experience in Cloud Security (AWS preferred)
• Expertise in Texas Cybersecurity Framework (TCF) & NISTxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Zero Trust Architecture
• Threat Modeling for complex systems
• Security for microservices, APIs, and containerized environments
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools
• DevSecOps integration

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI/LLM security
• Data protection (PII, PHI, sensitive data)
• Risk assessment presentations to leadership
• Security policies & architecture standards
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, AWS Security
