Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Digital Transformation and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The role involves analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes, aligning business strategy with operational execution, and working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business architecture, a proven track record in large-scale digital change, and an intimate understanding of the MITA framework.

Key Skills Required:

• 8 years --- MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture)
• Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Business Modeling (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate)
• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
• Stakeholder Management & Requirements Gathering
• Strong Analytical & Communication Skills

Preferred Skills:

• Public Sector / Government experience
• Texas HHS systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP)
• Agile / SAFe methodologies
• Certifications: CBAP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma
