Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Jasper Reports Developer to support a large-scale project involving database reporting, analysis, and system enhancements. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and report development, along with the ability to handle complex data analysis and provide technical leadership.

The candidate will work within an Agile SDLC environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient reporting solutions supporting statewide education systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Jasper Reports for large-scale data systems
• Perform advanced data analysis and aggregation
• Write and optimize complex SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures
• Work with JSON data in Oracle databases
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs across core systems
• Perform development and unit testing
• Maintain technical and functional documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Participate in Agile development cycles and releases

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with Jasper Reports
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Strong experience in stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Experience handling JSON data within Oracle databases
• Expertise in creating complex queries, views, and data manipulation
• Strong documentation and testing experience
• Hands-on experience in Agile development environments
