Job Description:

Responsible for monitoring the agile processes and meetings related but not limited to the AASTHOWare Project platform and projects. Increases team efficiency, motivates the team, spins, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. Ensures observance of DoD (Definition of done).

Required Skills:

• AASHTOWare Project product experience must
• SCRUM Certified
• Experience with DevOps, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA
• Strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms
• Experience with COTS products

Experience Required (4–7 Years in):
 

• Agile development tools & practices
• Managing development teams
• Writing user stories
• Grooming and maintaining backlog
• Software development, testing & QA methodologies
• Web services: REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL
