Transformation Lead
Job Description
· Define and execute PLM transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
· Lead PLM system deployment, upgrades, and integrations with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
· Establish governance frameworks for data integrity, compliance, and process standardization.
· Drive organizational change through stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
· Promote adoption of PLM tools and processes across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
· Identify gaps and opportunities in current product development processes.
· Implement best practices for BOM management, configuration control, and digital thread continuity.
· Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors.
· Lead cross-functional teams to deliver PLM projects on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA, PTC Windchill).
· Proven track record in leading PLM transformation programs.
· Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, CAD/ERP integration, and digital manufacturing.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in change management and process re-engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
· Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and digital twin concepts.
· PMP or similar project management certification.
