Role Descriptions:
We are seeking a CCB Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications| ensuring high-quality deliverables| compliance with industry standards| and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise| experience in test planning and execution| defect management| and stakeholder coordination. Additionally| exposure to test automation| including Tosca| is preferred.CCB Experience: Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. 
Roles Responsibilities CCB Experience: Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. Must have experience with CCB EDI.
Test Strategy Execution: Develop and implement test strategies| test plans| and test cases applications. Ensure comprehensive functional| integration| regression| performance| and UAT testing. Validate APIs| services| and map layers through manual and automated test cases. Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application performance. Work closely with developers| business analysts| and teams to align testing activities with project requirements. Defect Management Quality Assurance: Identify, document| and track defects using JIRA| HP ALM| or similar tools. Perform root cause analysis and defect triaging| ensuring timely resolution. Ensure compliance with QA best practices| testing standards| and utility industry regulations. Provide test progress reports and key metrics to stakeholders. Stakeholder Team Management Lead and mentor a testing team| ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing. Coordinate with internal teams| third-party vendors| and offshore units to execute test cycles smoothly. Engage in client discussions| requirement analysis| and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met. Generic Managerial Skills| If any, strong team leadership| test coordination| and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent communication and reporting capabilities for test progress and risk mitigation.Experience in test planning| scheduling| and resource allocation for large CCB projects.
