Understand current methodologies followed by Client and provide recommendations if any ? Ensure timely Deliverables of the projects ? Provide high level guidance to test leads ? Leads risk management meetings for identification and quantification of risks ? Owns issue resolutions, milestone tracking ? Lead CD1 (Conversion Day 1) conversion testing for banking transformation, ensuring user, system, and data consolidation to the unified platform. ? Own conversion test strategy and governance, coordinating client and offshore teams across impacted banking systems. ? Drive cutover and post conversion validation to ensure data integrity, access controls, and business continuity. ? Manage conversion risks, defects, and CD1 (Conversion Day 1) go live readiness. ? Leverage test automation to accelerate regression, validate critical conversion scenarios, and improve CD1 stabilization efficiency.
